Shipping

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched with information on delivery when your order has been given to the courier.

The time frame for delivery is calculated from the time your order is dispatched, not from the time your order was placed.

Your order will be shipped from our Italian or French boutiques. We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy* and France**. Kindly note that the courier for your location is Yamato.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

All our Made to Order products will be shipped by the estimated date indicated on the order confirmation.
