Extended return policy

We are pleased to extend our return period. All orders placed from November 27th can be returned within January 15th.

Shipping information

Due to the New Year holidays, all orders placed by December 25th will be shipped within the year. Orders placed after December 26th will be fulfilled from January 6th.

Our Customer Care will happily answer to all inquiries received within 27th of December. Kindly note that all e-mails sent between December 28th and January 4th will be managed starting from January 6th.

In order to receive your Gianvito Rossi products on time for Christmas Eve, we invite you to refer to the following cut-off dates:
